This weekend saw me shooting more stuff for the book and also do a shoot with the lovely Abbie. I have shot her a few times now but the first time at the studio.I also got my 85mm out for the first time in a while.

Yesterday saw us on the hills over Lancashire in the freezing snow & wind. What better place to shoot a guy in a licra outift!!! Thanks to my Bro Lee for posing for us on the snowy mountainside, very much appreciated.

We are always trying to mix up the way we shoot things here at Brett Harkness Photography. This lifestyle shoot is a perfect example. Alan & Sue, since shooting their wedding over 5 years ago have been to us 3 times now for family shoots. We have shot them on the beach, at their house and this time at our studio. Using just one Speedlight and one softbox we created some beautifully striking shots of the kids & family.

This weekend saw us down at The Designer Wedding Show in London. Although not as busy as last year we still had some great feedback and some promising leads for weddings this year and into 2011/12. Thank you to all the photographers & potential clients that visited the stand.

Well, 2010 has started with a bang and we are very busy here at Brett Harkness Photography.
